Job Description

• Independently carry out feasibility, conceptual, preliminary and detailed design for Electrical and/or Mechanical Services for infrastructure of large scale mixed use development.

• Design HV, MV and LV electrical system transmission and distribution in each plot and street lighting from Substation/ Main source to the development.

• Design the layouts of water supply system from the source to the end users.

• Design the layouts of fire and irrigation system for the development.

• Design the wastewater treatment system of the development.

• Perform design brief presentation to the client and the construction team.

• Coordinate with other designers and consultants.

• Address and resolve technical issues raised by the construction team.

Requirements

• Possess a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience as a design engineer with a good project reference.

• Familiar with local codes and regulations related to building services.

• Proficient in professional software.

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of site M&E installations.
