Job Description

  • Manage the daily /weekly /monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments and also take notes meeting minutes.
  • Maintain confidential files/records.
  • Managing files, updating department paperwork and other documents.
  • Assist to MD and ad-hoc duties from MD.

Requirement

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Secretarial and administrative work.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Good team work and communication skill.
