Job Description
- Manage the daily /weekly /monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments and also take notes meeting minutes.
- Maintain confidential files/records.
- Managing files, updating department paperwork and other documents.
- Assist to MD and ad-hoc duties from MD.
Requirement
- Any Bachelor Degree
- At least 2 years’ experience in Secretarial and administrative work.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Good team work and communication skill.
